The process
After media blasting your structure to the correct SSPC mil profile, we apply a pre-coat (zinc, epoxy and other materials available, depending on application) to the appropriate dry film thickness, then we apply the topcoat. Tough urethane topcoats are available for high UV tolerance, while acrylic topcoats are often best for environmentally sensitive applications. Other specialty materials are available.
